About this place
Some evenings call for a drink with a few bites of oden; on others, you might want to round things off with yakisoba or omurice. Kitchen Kō Usagi’s menu spans everything from small plates to full meals.
Oden is available as an assortment or by the item, including onion and baby corn. The tempura selection includes prawns, shiitake mushrooms and battered dried squid. It is easy to order a few small plates to start, or to put together a selection to suit your tastes. For something more substantial, there is a single-serving hot pot with a choice of chicken or pork, as well as dishes such as rolled omelette with dashi and salted grilled yellowtail collar. Kasu udon, tempura udon, yakisoba and omurice are also on the menu, so you can shape your order around a meal or a night focused on drinks.
Visitors describe the restaurant as a place for homestyle cooking. It is mainly visited for dinner, and beer and other alcoholic drinks are available. It could suit an evening of drinks and several small dishes, or one that ends with a meal. In Kitagaya, the restaurant accepts cash only and is open from the evening Tuesday through Saturday. It is closed on Sundays.
